Rosemary Garlic Salmon

Cooking Time: 8 minutes

Salmon is a favorite of my family. This recipe never fails to be a hit.

Ingredients:
    • four sprigs of fresh rosemary
    • three to five garlic cloves
    • two salmon fillets with skin
    • coarse sea salt and black pepper to taste
    • one tablespoon olive oil and one tablespoon of butter

Step One

Brush a griddle pan (part of the set contents) with olive oil. Put two salmon fillets skin down.

Step Two

Arrange rosemary and garlic around salmon fillets using your imagination.

Step Three

Sprinkle salmon with salt, pepper, and brush with melted butter.

Step Four

Place pan with salmon inside the toaster oven. Set cooking temperature to 300F and the timer to 5 minutes.

Step Five

Take the griddle pan out of the toaster oven and let the fish rest for one minute and then again to the toaster oven for three-four minutes at the same temperature. Ready to serve!
